Returns and Exchanges

Goods may be returned for exchange or full refund within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges or offer refunds on garments we consider used or damaged (your statutory rights not affected). We strongly recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting from the post office as we will not accept responsibility for parcels which are lost in transit.< Please note we are not responsible for cost of return postage unless items delivered are faulty or incorrect. If this should occur please contact us. Please allow seven working days for returns to be processed once they reach us. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on this website are correct when the information is entered onto the system. We aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, but the information, including product descriptions may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order. --We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
